Every season players compete against each other on a ladder in each of the three main groups. At the end of the season the club presents trophies to the winners of each ladder. Previously this was the player who was top of the ladder at the end of the last session. More recently the club has held round robin tournaments to determine the winner.

Every season the coaches also select, from each group, one player who they believe made the most improvement over the season. The coaches are not just looking at games won but how a player listens and applies themselves in training exercises and their attitude to other players and coaches.
